Riyadh — Mubasher: Saudi Automotive Services Company (SASCO) has invited its shareholders to attend an ordinary general meeting (OGM) scheduled for 11 November 2026.

The meeting will be conducted via modern technology using the Tadawulaty system at 19:00.

The agenda includes voting on several contracts with related parties where board members Ibrahim Mohammad Alhudaithi, Sultan Mohammad Alhudaithi, and Majed Mohammed Al Othman have indirect interests.

Key items include a SAR 1.37 million annual lease with Nahaz Investment for a transport fleet site and multiple station leases with Al Madaen Star Real Estate, including a SAR 1.20 million annual contract for station number 10.

Shareholders will also review fuel purchase transactions from 2025, including SAR 247,153 with Nahaz Investment and SAR 280,109 with Al Madaen Star Group. Electronic voting for the assembly begins on 7 November 2026.

The meeting requires a quorum of shareholders representing at least one-quarter of the company's SAR 700 million capital to be valid. If the quorum is not met, a second meeting will be held one hour later.

SASCO recently sold a land plot in the Al Marwah district of Jeddah for SAR 20.30 million.
